First of all, thank you to everyone that commented/added/+fav-ed my DD! You're awesome! I haven't gone through the 880 (O_O) messages that have piled up, but after this update I'll make sure to read each one!

Gah, I haven't updated this in forever.

Schoolwork schoolwork schoolwork has been gnawing away at my time, and finally it seems that I am free! (Okay, one last paper thing to do tomorrow and THEN true freedom!)

If I've flooded your feed with notifications of new deviations, I apologize. But everything in the gallery was so old it was almost funny.

Now since I'm bored and have time I figured I'd update it so it doesn't look like I haven't done anything since my junior year.
That and I wanna use the nifty portfolio thing before my subscription goes away! D: (Same goes for this journal, so while it lasts I'll now attempt to update and use as many links and photos as I can. Mwahaha.)
Recently I've been helping out some friends with their different businesses, which they have to set up for school as kind of their thesis. (They're management students.)

This picture was one of the bunch that

took for
a clothing brand some friends are setting up. They're going to take old clothes and revamp them completely to turn them into one of a kind pieces. (And for reasonable prices, I've heard.

I'm considering buying one of the things I modelled. Hahaha.)
The dress I'm wearing used to be a skirt or something!

I'm also helping with design/branding for another friend's group, they're doing cute women's flats that use an indigenous textile (jute) as the upper.

Honestly, it's pretty cool to be able to see a logo I made on stuff.

And I modelled too. Well, the bottom half of me did. Hahaha. The photos were taken by

. I got to keep the shoes I wore in this photo after too. YAY! You can find out more about Ylla shoes
here.
Lastly, remember this?

Thanks to a friend's group's website, it's going to be turned into a shirt! For real! I'll post again when it's up (the website isn't done yet), but it'll come in black or white or, well, I'm trying to ask for both to be available as options.

I'm planning to submit something to
stART here which is "currently collecting artwork from around the world inspired by relief efforts during the recent Typhoon Ondoy tragedy, with the aim of inspiring others to help in rebuilding affected communities in the Philippines."
Maybe you guys would be interested too.

...And in completely unrelated news, I heartily recommend that you guys try playing MouseHunt on Facebook! Seriously, great game. As many of my friends can attest, I'm kind of addicted.

That's all for now. I hope to update more really soon!

There are only 2 types of thanks. Money, and gifts. If you really want to say thank you, try saying "Here's my money" and then we'll be good friends.
